Our goal at Strategic Synergy is to build your organization’s capacity, increase its impact and assure its sustainability. We do this through a range of collaborative services that are grounded in respectful inquiry and a focus on practical, relevant and mission-driven plans of action.
Services are provided by Susan Conrad, an experienced and effective nonprofit leader who has managed dozens of programs in her 30-year career, including Behavioral Health, CCBHC, Runaway and Homeless Youth, Child Welfare, Youth Development, Family Preservation and Residential services. She is widely recognized for her creative, energetic and strategic approach to organizational and programmatic opportunities and challenges, including service and system integration.
